Regional Conferences update
Posted by Ros Clarke, 14 May 2020
Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the Church Society London Regional Conference and the AGM have been postponed.
Following the earlier announcements concerning the Bristol and Birmingham Regional Conferences, sadly we now have to announce that the planned event in London on June 17th will also now be postponed. We are intending to reschedule all three of these regional conferences at a time when it is permitted and safe to do so, and we hope that many of you will be able to join us.
In the meantime, we hope you will find this recording of Lee Gatiss’s talk from the Manchester Regional Conference useful and encouraging. You can also read the booklet, Evangelicals and their Bishops: The role of bishops and how we should relate to them, which was circulated to delegates at the Regional Conference here.
We have also postponed the planned AGM which was due to take place on 24th June. We will let you know in due course when this will take place and what the arrangements will be.
Ros Clarke is Associate Director of Church Society.
