Mark Lucas wows his congregation at St Botolph's Church, Barton Seagrave with the nature and glory of God.

In this, the opening sermon of a series on the Apostles’ Creed, Mark Lucas explores the value and purpose of creeds for evangelism and discipleship. What are the fundamentals of our faith? What must we believe to be saved? What do we mean when we say we believe in God?

This sermon, focussing on the first line of the creed, explores the nature and glory of our Almighty God, demanding a response of faith and obedience.

Among other challenges, Mark suggests taking the time to learn the creed by heart and teach it to our children.
